Dr Mike Popovich first graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1970, obtaining his Bachelor of Dental Surgery. After this he continued his training at the University of Minnesota and obtained his Doctorate in 1975. Continuing education has been an overriding focus for Dr Mike as he went on to study advanced crown and bridge techniques in Florida in 1983, advanced surgical treatments in 1986 and became qualified in the delivery of orthodontic treatment in 1995. Teaching is also something of a passion for Dr Mike as he spent time teaching crown and bridge techniques to dental students at the University of Minnesota and today continues teaching students of Griffith and UQ advanced surgical techniques. Dr Mike most enjoys complicated cases, frequently helping people with full mouth rehabilitations and rebuilding smiles with a cosmetic focus. Dr Mike also devotes much of his time to providing orthodontic solutions for children and adults. In his free time Dr Mike is an avid reader and travelling enthusiast. In all things he is supported by his lovely wife Jane and his two daughters.
